多元参与对开放教育人才培养的影响及应对策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 开放教育的学生群体主要为在职成人,他们扮演着家庭、职场、学校中的多重角色,因此他们的学习行为和动机也受到了多方面的影响。在成人学生的学习动机影响因素中,职场、家庭、学校均是对其参与开放教育较为重要的影响因素,这三重主体寄予的期待和厚望对学生的学习要求提出了更高的标准,对开放教育人才培养的目标及方式策略也提出了相应的需求。本文采用文献分析法、问卷调查法等研究方法对家庭、用人单位、学校等多元主体对开放教育人才培养目标的需求和影响进行了探索,并结合广州开放大学定锐分校的教学实践经验,提出开放教育针对家庭、用人单位、学校三方育人需求的应对策略。 The students of open education are mainly working adults, who play multiple roles in family, career and school. Therefore, their learning behavior and motivation are also affected from many aspects. Among the types of adult students’ learning motivation, workplace, family and school are the more important influencing factors for their participation in open education. The expectations and high expectations of these three subjects put forward higher standards for students’ learning requirements, and also put forward corresponding demands for the objectives, methods and strategies of open education talent cultivation. This paper uses the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and other research methods to explore the influence and role of multiple subjects such as family, employer and school on the talent cultivation objectives of open education. Combined with the teaching practice experience of Dingrui branch of Guangzhou Open University, this paper puts forward the response strategies of open education for the needs of family, employer and school.
