大学生思想政治教育获得感提升路径研究

A Study on the Pathways of College Students’Sense of Attainment from Ideological and Political Education

提升大学生思想政治教育获得感是高校立德树人的价值诉求和评判标准,是推动高校思想政治教育改革的内生动力,也是促进大学生全面发展的切实要求。目前,我国大学生思想政治教育工作存在着学生重视程度不够、教师综合素质不高、教学方法传统单一等问题,严重影响大学生思想政治教育获得感提升。高校思想政治教育应立足于学生,满足学生发展的需求与期待,从提升教师的亲和力和教学吸引力入手,切实提升教学质量和效果,提升学生的获得感。

Enhancing college students’sense of attainment in ideological and political education is the value appeal and evaluation criterion for morality instruction through education in universities,the intrinsic driving force for promoting the reform of ideological and political education in universities,and the practical requirement for promoting the all-round development of college students.At present,certain problems have been found in ideological and political education such as insufficient attention by students,low comprehensive quality of teachers,and outdated teaching methods,which seriously affect the enhancement of college students’sense of attainment in ideological and political education.Ideological and political education in universities should be based on students,meet the needs and expectations of students’development,aim to improve teachers’affinity and teaching attractiveness,and effectively improve the quality and effect of teaching and enhance students’sense of attainment.
