摘要
师资队伍是专业重要的人力资源保障,是实现培养目标、加强专业建设、维持课程教学运行和保证人才培养质量的重要因素,对毕业要求具有重要支撑作用。职业技术师范认证二级标准中主要考查三个方面:一是专业师资队伍的基本情况;二是专业师资队伍的素质能力要求;三是师资队伍的培训、评价和专业发展情况。具体包括数量结构、素质能力、“双师型”教师、实践经历、持续发展五个二级指标,以吉林工程技术师范学院学前教育专业为例研究师范认证标准下的师资队伍建设的对标路径,并提出认证标准引领下学前教育专业师资队伍建设的改进策略。
Teaching staff is an important professional human resources guarantee, is an important factor to achieve training objectives, strengthen professional construction, maintain the teaching operation and guarantee the quality of personnel training,it plays an important supporting role in graduation requirements. The secondary standard of vocational and technical teacher certification mainly examines three aspects: at first, the basic situation of professional teachers;the second, the quality and ability requirements of professional teachers;the third, the training, evaluation and professional development of teachers. Specifically, it includes five secondary indicators: quantity structure, quality and ability, double-qualified teachers, practical experience and sustainable development.Taking the preschool education major of Jilin Normal University of Engineering and Technology as an example, this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of preschool education professional teaching staff construction under the standard of vocational and technical teacher certification.
