城市重点区域社区级配套设施的一体化空间布局研究

Study on the integrated spatial layout of community-level supporting facilities in key urban areas

我国城市化已经从高速增长进入到高质量发展阶段,人民对美好生活的向往和追求成为当前发展的目标。其中,社区级配套设施的优质建设是提升民生质量最直接、有效的抓手之一。本文结合光明区公共配套设施规划的设计实践,从人的需求出发,从空间场景角度对设施分类、空间布局、单元管控和运营管理四个方面提出一体化设计策略,以期为重点区域社区级配套设施的精细化设计、实施、管理提供参考。

China's urbanization has entered the stage of high quality development from high-speed growth.People's yearning and pursuit for a better life has become a development goal.Among them,the quality construction of community-level supporting facilities is one of the most direct and effective ways to improve the quality of people's livelihood.Combining with light district public facilities planning and design practice,starting from the demand of people,from the perspective of space scene,classification,the space layout of the facilities,unit control and operation management four aspects put forward the integrated design strategy,in order to focus on regional community level fine design,implementation and management of facilities to provide the reference.
