Application of BIM Technology in Building Environmental Performance Simulation

建筑设计是整个项目建设的基础和前提,设计水平对建筑项目具有根本影响。BIM技术具备很多优势,能显著缩短建筑项目设计周期并提升设计质量。本文主要阐述BIM技术在建筑设计、建筑环境模拟中的应用实践,并提出当前BIM技术应用存在的问题,对进一步推广BIM技术应用具有一定的现实意义。

Architectural design is the foundation and premise of the whole project construction.and the design level has a fundamental impact on the construction project.BIM technology has many advantages,which can significantly shorten the design cycle of the construction project and at the same time improve the design quality.This paper mainly expounds the application practice of BIM technology in architectural design and building environment simulation,and puts forward the existing problems in the application of BIM technology,which has certain practical reference for further promoting the application of BIM technology.
