摘要
乡村教师是乡村教育的灵魂,是办好乡村教育、实现乡村振兴的关键力量。在当前乡村振兴的大背景下,通过乡村教师本土化培养,建设高素质乡村教师队伍意义重大。乡村教师本土化培养即以促进乡村教育高质量发展为目标,以乡土知识、乡土情怀等为特色内容,以现场教学、实践反思为手段,充分利用乡土教育资源,培养了解乡村生活、熟悉乡村文化、热爱且能够胜任乡村教育的优秀乡村教师的过程。实现乡村教师本土化培养的路径包括:招生选拔相对本土化;课程设置融入乡土化;实践教学全程在地化;在职培训乡村特色化。要确保乡村教师本土化培养目标的达成,政府层面需做好政策引领与保障;社会层面需营造尊师重教环境氛围;高校层面需发挥育人主体作用;乡村学校层面需积极参与。
Rural teachers are the soul of rural education and the key force to run rural education well and realize rural revitalization.In the current context of rural revitalization,it is particularly necessary to build a team of high-quality rural teachers through the localization training of rural teachers.The localization training of rural teachers is the process of cultivating excellent rural teachers who understand rural life,are familiar with rural culture,love and are competent for rural education by taking the promotion of high-quality development of rural education as the goal,local knowledge and local feelings as the characteristic content,on-site teaching and practical reflection as the means,and making full use of local educational resources.The ways to realize the localization of rural teachers include:enrollment and selection:relative localization;Curriculum:integration into localization;Practical teaching:localization of the whole process;On the job training:rural characteristics.To ensure the achievement of the localization training goal of rural teachers,the government needs to do a good job in policy guidance and guarantee;Society needs to create an environment of respecting teachers and valuing education;Colleges and universities should play the main role of educating people;Rural schools need to actively participate.
