长期建疆是完整准确贯彻新时代党的治疆方略的落脚点,实现长期建疆既需要长治久安的环境,也需要强大的精神力量。兵团精神是中华民族精神、中国屯垦戍边精神和中国共产党伟大建党精神的历史之承,其政治性、思想性、价值性、发展性的基本特性,集中体现了兵团人的政治理想、思想观念、价值取向和精神风貌。新时代实现新疆社会稳定和长治久安,铸牢中华民族共同体意识,促进各民族团结进步,推进文化润疆和建设新时代中国特色社会主义新疆需要大力弘扬传承兵团精神。

Long-term construction of Xinjiang is the ultimate goal to wholly and accurately carry out the Party's strategy in governing Xinjiang in the new era.To fulfill the goal it requires an environment with prolonged peace and stability and also needs strong spiritual power.XPCC(Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps)Spirit is the historical inheritance of Chinese national spirit,Chinese reclamation and border defending spirit and great party-building spirit of Communist Party of China.Its fundamental political,ideological,value and development features are typical reflection of XPCC people's political ideology,thoughts and ideas,value orientation and spiritual performance.In the new era it is necessary to profoundly inheriting and upholding XPCC Spirit in order to realize long-term social peace and stability in Xinjiang,to firmly cast Chinese national community consciousness in Xinjiang,to promote solidarity and progress for all ethnic groups in Xinjiang,to push forward the construction of a better Xinjiang by culture and finally to build a socialist Xinjiang with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
