无人机巡检图像下的装配式管线移位分析方法

摘要 装配式管线系统通常铺设于地表,距离长且面临的情况复杂,在管道输送过程中会受外力作用产生移位现象,需要一种方法准确检测移位情况是否影响输送安全。分析管线移位的受力特点,提出了一种通过巡检无人机所采集的图像资料计算移位管段弯曲失度的数学模型,运用VC++语言开发功能性模块,实现了管线移位情况的量化检测和智能预警。实验证明,该方法相较于传统判别方式能够更快、更准地检查管段安全隐患,提升管道输送的智能化水平和可靠性。 The assembled pipeline system is usually laid on the surface,which has a long distance and is faced with complex situations.The system will be displaced by external forces during transportation,and thus a method is needed to accurately detect whether displacement affects transport safety.By analyzing the stress characteristics of the displaced pipeline,this paper proposes a mathematical model to calculate the bending degree of the displaced pipeline by use of UAV inspection image.The functional modules developed by VC++ can realize the quantitative detection and intelligent warning of pipeline displacement.The experimental results show that,compared with the traditional identification method,this method can check the pipeline safety status more quickly and accurately,and can improve the intelligent level and reliability of pipeline transportation.
