摘要
基于计算流体力学软件Fluent,采用标准k-ε紊流模型对水底山枢纽工程的碾压混凝土重力坝消能过程进行模拟,提出了适用于台阶式溢洪道消能计算的三维数值模拟方法。将数值模拟与物理模型试验结果进行对比验证,证明了数值计算方法的合理性。针对原方案中存在不良水力条件的位置进行体形优化调整,研究不同体形台阶式溢洪道对泄流过程水力特性的影响。对台阶进行优化布置以及增设渐变段,优化方案模拟结果表明在保证泄流要求的同时提高了消能率,避免了不良水力条件的发生。
Based on the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent,the standard k-εturbulence model is used to simulate the energy dissipation process of Shuidishan RCC gravity dam,and a three-dimensional numerical simulation method suitable for the energy dissipation calculation of the stepped spillway is proposed.The numerical simulation results are compared with the physical model test results,which prove the rationality of the numerical calculation method.In view of the positions with poor hydraulic conditions in the original scheme,the shape optimization and adjustment of spillway are carried out and the influence of different shapes of stepped spillway on the hydraulic characteristics of discharge process is studied.The layout of the steps is optimized and the gradient section is added.The simulation results of the optimization scheme show that the energy dissipation rate is increased while the discharge requirements are ensured,and the occurrence of adverse hydraulic conditions is avoided.
