摘要
目前水轮发电机状态监测和预警采用设定固定阈值、计算变化率的方式,存在误报、预警不及时的问题。针对于此,介绍了一种用于水轮发电机的自适应动态告警阈值的计算方法。该方法利用历史有功功率、机组水头、励磁电流、监测指标时间序列等数据,生成水轮发电机各工况下各监测指标的动态阈值,该阈值随着机组运行时间的推移,自动积累和计算;动态阈值作为监测指标波动范围的上下限,当监测指标超出动态阈值范围,且持续时间达到限定时间时,输出告警。将该方法应用于水轮发电机组的上机架振动监测,结果表明,该方法适用于水轮发电机故障预警、状态评价,操作简单,通用性强,易于推广应用。
At present,the state monitoring and early warning of hydro-generators adopts the method of setting a fixed threshold value and calculating the rate of change,which has the problems of false alarms and untimely early warning.In order to solve the problems,a calculation method for the adaptive dynamic alarm threshold value of hydro-generators is introduced.The method uses historical active power,unit water head,excitation current,time-series data of on-line monitoring to generate the dynamic threshold value for each monitoring indicator under various operating conditions of the hydro-generator.The threshold value is also automatically accumulated and calculated over the time of operation of the unit.The dynamic threshold value is used as the upper and lower limits of the fluctuation range of monitoring index,and when the monitoring index exceeds the scope of a dynamic threshold value and the duration reaches the specified time,an alarm is generated.The proposed method is applied to the vibration monitoring of the upper bracket of hydro-generator,and the results show that the method is suitable for the early warning and state evaluation of hydro-generator failures,with simple operability and strong universality,and easy to be popularized and applied.
