摘要 为保护当地濒危楔尾鹰等珍稀鸟类,牧牛山项目在澳大利亚风电行业首次引入全球技术领先的可视化鹰类识别保护系统。通过调研鹰类分布和活动习性,采集建立图像数据库,建立系统参数和预警规则并不断优化,提前识别预测轨迹,实现机组主动避让,降低鹰类碰撞事件发生概率,在实现鹰类保护的前提下实现发电效益最大化,为类似风电项目提供经验和借鉴。 In order to effectively protect the endangered wedge-tailed eagle and other rare birds,Cattle Hill Wind Farm introduces the world s leading visual IdentiFlight Collision Avoidance and Detection System for the first time in Australian wind power industry.By investigating the distribution and activity habits of eagles,collecting and establishing image database,establishing rules and optimizing system parameters continuously,identifying and forecasting flight trajectory in advance,and realizing initiative avoidance of wind turbines,the probability of eagle collision events is reduced,and the power generation benefits can be maximized while meeting the eagle protection requirement,which may provide experiences and references for similar wind power projects.
