摘要
大学生全面发展是马克思主义人本思想的题中之义,是适应社会主义现代化建设的必然选择,是实现自我价值的本质要求。在高校普遍推进全面发展的视域下,大学生对教育的“吸收”与“消化”是关键所指。基于对江西省高校的问卷调查,发现大学生时间布局的内容与结构存在一定冲突。数据表明,相当部分的大学生在时间管理上缺乏科学性,呈现德智体美劳教育时间布局紊乱、学业表现与课外活动交互关系认知模糊等问题。最后,从优化顶层设计、优化教育衔接、优化学生观念等方面入手,探讨推动大学生全面发展的可行路径。
The all-round development of college students is the meaning of the Marxist humanistic thought, an inevitable choice to adapt to the socialist modernization construction, and an essential requirement to realize self-worth. Under the perspective of the general promotion of all-round development in colleges and universities, the "absorption" and "digestion" of education by college students are the key referents. Based on a questionnaire survey of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, it is found that there is a certain conflict between the content and structure of college students’ time layout. The data show that a considerable number of college students lack scientific time management, presenting problems such as disordered time layout of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor education, and fuzzy cognition of the interaction between academic performance and extracurricular activities. Finally, from the aspects of optimizing the top-level design, optimizing the connection of education, optimizing the concept of students, etc., it discusses the feasible path to promote the all-round development of college students.
