摘要
资助育人对贫困大学生的成长成才至关重要,是兼顾贫困大学生健康成长和落实立德树人根本任务的重要措施。在对资助育人内涵和功能分析的基础上,探索我国贫困大学生资助育人中所面对的观念认知差异、制度不完善、资助过程程序化,而育人过程简单化等困境。提出树立科学的资助育人理念、构建资助育人的一体化工作制度、开拓有内涵的发展资助模式、开展多种教育形式、增加资助育人效果的长效性等关于贫困大学生资助育人工作的提升路径。
Supporting education is very important for the growth of poor college students. It is an important measure to give consideration to the healthy growth of poor college students and implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people. Based on the analysis of the connotation and function of subsidized education, this paper explores the difficulties faced by poor college students in subsidized education, such as conceptual cognitive differences, imperfect system, procedural subsidy process and simplified education process. This paper puts forward the promotion paths of poor college students’ subsidized education, such as establishing a scientific concept of subsidized education, constructing an integrated working system of subsidized education, developing an connotative development funding model, carrying out various forms of education, and increasing the long-term effect of subsidized education.
