雀舌黄杨微型盆景快速成型技术初探

摘要 为探索雀舌黄杨微型盆景快速成型技术,以雀舌黄杨小苗为试材进行不同浓度多效唑灌根处理,同时开展叠盆软袋土层高低对植株的影响试验.结果表明:不同浓度的多效唑灌根处理均能显著抑制雀舌黄杨的株高,使叶片增厚、叶色加深、叶片间距缩短,促进地径及根部增粗,但影响不显著;其中,浓度为1.5 g/L的多效唑灌根处理为最适浓度;叠盆软袋全土层栽培植株整体生长量根茎部占比增加.说明可采用适当浓度多效唑灌根处理雀舌黄杨幼苗,从而改善株叶形态,叠盆处理时采用叠盆软袋全土栽培促进根茎部粗壮,从而促进盆景快速成型. In order to explore the rapid prototyping technology of Buxus bodinieri minibonsai,different concentrations of paclobutrazol were used to carry out experiments on young seedlings of Buxus bodinieri and analyzed the influence of the height of soft bag soil layer on plants. The results showed that different concentrations of paclobutrazol irrigation could significantly inhibit the growth of plant height, make leaves thicker, dark green, and smaller leaf spacing, slightly promoted the ground diameter and root thickening, but the effect was not obvious. The overall growth of the whole soil layer of the soft bag was more important than that of the rhizome. The optimum concentration of paclobutrazol was 1.5 g/L in this experiment. The results showed that proper concentration of paclobutrazol could be used to treat the seedlings by root irrigation to improve the plant and leaf morphology, and soft bag whole soil cultivation was used to promote the thickening of root and stem during the treatment of folding pot, so as to promote the rapid shaping of the miniature bonsai.
