某军医院校毕业学员环境性急症掌握现状分析

Analysis on the status quo of environmental emergencies of graduates from a military medical university

摘要 目的了解军医院校毕业学员对军队常见环境性急症的掌握现状,并分析其影响因素。方法2021年5月采用方便抽样法,使用自行设计的问卷对某医学院校全体毕业年级学员展开调查。结果共发放问卷258份,有效回收258份。学员环境性急症掌握程度自评平均得分为(2.82±0.87),中暑(3.45±1.01)和冻伤(3.25±1.10)两个条目的自评掌握程度最高。知识测评总正确率为(68.81%±14.13%),其中电击伤(84.50%±23.54%)和急性高原反应(81.65%±24.94%)的正确率最高。单因素分析显示学员的性别(P<0.001)、专业(P<0.001)与学员环境性急症认知正确率相关。学员对环境性急症的预防措施和基本知识掌握相对较好,但对现场的处置措施掌握较差。结论由于课程安排的要求,某医学院校大部分学员对环境性急症进行过参与学习,但掌握情况不理想,易发生以偏概全的现象,应设置专门的环境性急症课程或教学内容,使学员系统学习环境性急症,掌握其诊断、处置和预防的正确方法,并根据客观测试结果结合不足之处进行针对性的学习。 ObjectiveTo understand the status quo of military hospital graduates’ mastery of common environmental emergencies in the military, and to analyze its influencing factors.MethodsIn May 2021, the convenience sampling method was adopted, and a self-designed questionnaire was used to survey all graduates of a medical school.ResultsA total of 258 questionnaires were distributed and 258 were effectively recovered. The average self-assessment score of students’ environmental emergency mastery was(2.82±0.87), and the two items of heat stroke(3.45±1.01)and frostbite(3.25±1.10)had the highest degree of self-assessment. The total accuracy rate of knowledge assessment was 68.81%±14.13%, among which the correct rate of electric shock injury(84.50%±23.54%)and acute altitude sickness(81.65%±24.94%)was the highest. Univariate analysis showed that the students’ gender(P<0.001)and major(P<0.001)were correlated with the correct rate of students’ cognition of environmental emergencies. The trainees had a relatively good grasp of preventive measures and basic knowledge of environmental emergencies, but had a poor grasp of on-site disposal measures.ConclusionDue to the requirements of the course arrangement, the students of a medical school have a high degree of learning about environmental emergencies, but their mastery is not ideal, and they are prone to partial generalization. Special environmental emergencies courses or teaching content should be set up to make The trainees systematically study environmental emergencies, master the correct methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention, and conduct targeted learning based on objective test results combined with deficiencies.
