Factors Analysis and Policy Design of High-quality Development of Secondary Vocational Education Teachers

中等职业教育在社会经济发展中起着重要作用,师资发展是中等职业教育的核心要素。直面当前职业教育师资发展的困境,需深刻认识到影响职教师资高质量发展的因素。提出中等职业教育师资高质量发展的内涵,确定师资供给、需求、配置、收入分配、循环、投入产出等影响因素对中等职业教育师资高质量发展的综合作用机理,提出中等职业教育师资高质量发展的政策设计。

Secondary vocational education plays an important role in social and economic development.Teachers’ development is the key core element of secondary vocational education. Facing the difficulties of the development of vocational education teachers,we should deeply understand the factors affecting the high-quality development of vocational education teachers. This paper puts forward the connotation of high-quality development of secondary vocational education teachers,determines the comprehensive function mechanism of supply,demand,allocation,income distribution,circulation,input-output and other influencing factors on high-quality development of secondary vocational education teachers,and puts forward the policy design of high-quality development of secondary vocational education teachers.
