摘要
为研究板式螺旋钢楼梯的承载能力和人行荷载作用下的舒适性,论文以某生产展示中心内螺旋钢楼梯为研究对象,考虑支座约束、楼梯两侧钢箱梁壁厚对楼梯承载能力的影响,并在此基础上对螺旋楼梯进行振动特性和人行荷载作用下的舒适性分析。结果表明:螺旋钢楼梯内侧和外侧钢箱梁刚度差异较大,受力分析时应考虑踏步板的变形协调作用,可通过增强楼梯两端支座约束和增加钢箱梁壁厚的方式提高楼梯整体承载能力,考虑楼梯舒适性后,板式螺旋钢梯强度不起控制作用;设计中可以优先考虑Q235B级钢材,节约建造成本。
In order to study the bearing capacity of the slab spiral steel staircase and the comfort under the action of pedestrian loads,this paper selects the spiral steel staircase in a production and exhibition center as the research object,and considers the bearing constraints and the influence of the wall thickness of the steel box beams on both sides of the staircase on the bearing capacity of the staircase.On this basis,the vibration characteristics and comfort analysis of the spiral staircase under the action of pedestrian loads are carried out.The results show that the rigidity of the inner and outer steel box girder of the spiral steel staircase is quite different,and the deformation coordination effect of the tread plate should be considered in the force analysis.Capacity,after considering the comfort of the stairs,the strength of the plate spiral steel ladder does not have a controlling effect,and the Q235B grade steel can be given priority in the design to save the construction cost.
