摘要
锁点与锁座配合可实现幕墙开启窗的锁闭与开启,并实现将开启窗风荷载传递给支承框架。论文案例中,锁点和锁座普遍存在错位现象,且幕墙中低层实际采用铝质锁点,中高层区域采用不锈钢材质锁点。台风中,大量开启窗被吹落,尤以中低楼层为多。希望通过本事故的分析,可以为建筑幕墙开启窗的设计与施工提供参考。
The combination of the lock point and the lock seat can realize the locking and opening of the curtain wall openable field,and transfer the wind load of the openable field to the supporting frame.In the case shared in this paper,there is a general dislocation between the lock point and the lock seat,and the stainless steel lock points of the middle and low floors are replaced with aluminum lock points.In the typhoon,a large number of openable fields are blown off,especially in the middle and low floors.It is hoped that the analysis of this accident can provide reference for the design and construction of openable field of building curtain wall.
