胃癌患者ANXA2、ANXA7水平的变化及其与临床病理因素和肿瘤标志物水平的关系

Changes of ANXA2 and ANXA7 levels in patients with gastric cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological factors and tumor marker levels

目的探究膜联蛋白A(ANXA2)、膜联蛋白A7(ANXA7)水平在胃癌患者中的变化及其与临床病理因素和肿瘤标志物水平的关系。方法选取安康市人民医院2019年6月至2021年6月收治的80例胃癌患者作为观察组,所有患者进行手术治疗,术中取胃癌癌肿组织标本作为癌症组,同时取其癌旁组织(癌组织边界>5 cm)标本作为癌旁组。比较两组标本ANXA2、ANXA7表达差异,分析胃癌组织ANXA2、ANXA7表达与临床病理因素的关系。另选同时间来我院体检的健康者80例为对照组,检测并比较观察组和对照组受检者的血清ANXA2、ANXA7及肿瘤标志物水平,采用Pearson相关性分析血清ANXA2、ANXA7与肿瘤标志物的关系。结果癌症组标本的ANXA2、ANXA7阳性率分别为62.5%、65.9%,明显高于癌旁组的21.3%、18.8%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌组织ANXA2、ANXA7表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径均无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期有关(P<0.05);观察组患者的血清ANXA2、ANXA7、癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖抗原19-9(CA19-9)、糖抗原24-2(CA24-2)水平明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson相关分析结果显示,胃癌患者血清ANXA2水平与CEA、AFP、CA19-9、CA24-2呈正相关(r=0.883、0.371、0.883、0.464,P<0.01),ANXA7水平与CEA、AFP、CA19-9、CA24-2呈正相关(r=0.620、0.537、0.632、0.527,P<0.01)。结论胃癌患者血清ANXA2、ANXA7存在异常高表达,且与血清肿瘤标志物水平有关;同时,与癌旁组织相比,胃癌患者癌组织中ANXA2、ANXA7阳性率更高,其表达与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期等临床病理因素有关。

Objective To explore the changes of annexin A(ANXA2)and annexin A7(ANXA7)levels in patients with gastric cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological factors and tumor markers.Methods Eighty patients with gastric cancer treated in Ankang People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the observation group.All patients underwent surgical treatment.During the operation,the cancerous tissue samples of gastric cancer were taken as the cancerous group,and the specimens of paracancerous tissue(the boundary of cancer tissue>5 cm)were taken as the paracancerous group.The expression differences of ANXA2 and ANXA7 were compared between the two groups,and the relationship between the expression of ANXA2 and ANXA7 in gastric cancer and clinicopathological factors was analyzed.Another 80 healthy people who visited the hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The levels of serum ANXA2,ANXA7 and tumor markers were detected and compared between the observation group and the control group.The relationship between serum ANXA2,ANXA7 and tumor markers was analyzed by Pearson correlation.Results The positive rates of ANXA2 and ANXA7 in the cancerous group were 62.5%and 65.9%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 21.3%and 18.8%in the paracancerous group(P<0.05).The expression of ANXA2 and ANXA7 in gastric cancer was not related to gender,age,and tumor diameter(P>0.05),but related to tumor differentiation and TNM stage(P<0.05).The levels of serum ANXA2,ANXA7,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),and carbohydrate antigen 24-2(CA24-2)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum ANXA2 level was positively correlated with CEA,AFP,CA19-9,CA24-2(r=0.883,0.371,0.883,0.464,P<0.01),and the ANXA7 level was positively correlated with CEA,AFP,CA19-9,CA24-2(r=0.620,0.537,0.632,0.527,P<0.01).Conclusion The abnormal high expression of ANXA2 and ANXA7 in serum of patients with gastric cancer is related to the level of serum tumor markers.At the same time,compared with the para-cancerous tissues,the positive rates of ANXA2 and ANXA7 in the cancer tissues of patients with gastric cancer were higher,and their expression was related to the degree of tumor differentiation,TNM stage and other clinicopathological factors.
