细胞信号转导接头蛋白2(STAP2)基因位于19号染色体(19p13.3),编码的细胞信号转导接头蛋白2在人体多种组织中广泛表达。研究发现,STAP2基因通过特有的结构域与分子相互作用,参与信号传递及细胞因子的调节,并在多种疾病,尤其肿瘤性疾病的发生、发展中发挥重要的作用。本文就STAP2基因与疾病关系的研究进展进行综述。

The signal transducing adaptor protein 2(STAP2)gene is located on chromosome 19(19p13.3),and it encodes signal transducing adaptor protein 2,which is widely expressed in various tissues.Studies have found that STAP2 interacts with molecules through its own specific domains,participates in signal transmission and cytokine regulation,and plays a vital role in the occurrence and development of tumorous diseases and inflammatory diseases.This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between STAP2 gene and disease.
