Progress in diagnosis and treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy

甲状腺激素,作为甲状腺分泌的重要激素,它在身体发育、神经系统发育、身体代谢和能量消耗等方面发挥着关键作用。甲状腺激素水平在孕早、中、晚各时期有一定的差异。妊娠期甲状腺功能减退与流产和早产风险及后代不可逆的神经发育损伤等不良妊娠结局有着明确的因果关系。本文作者结合临床经验及相关文献,对妊娠期甲状腺功能减退与治疗进行回顾。

Thyroid hormone,an important hormone secreted by thyroid gland,plays a critical role in body development,nervous system development,body metabolism and energy consumption.The level of thyroid hormone was different in early,middle and late pregnancy.Hypothyroidism during pregnancy is associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes such as the risk of abortion and preterm delivery and irreversible neurodevelopmental damage in offspring.In this article,combined with clinical experience and related literature,the author reviewed the treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy.
