妇科化疗所致末梢神经炎的中西医研究进展

Researchprogress of gynecological chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuritis with traditional Chinese and western medicine

化学治疗是中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤不可或缺的治疗手段。恶性肿瘤患者的生存期因此得到延长,但也产生了一系列毒副作用。相比胃肠道及骨髓抑制等常见不良反应,化疗产生的末梢神经炎因少见危及生命的症状而未引起重视。近年来,为提高肿瘤患者的生活质量,化疗后末梢神经炎逐渐在临床引起关注。本文就化疗后末梢神经炎的概念、病因病机、治疗方法等方面近5年的研究进展做一综述,探讨目前中西医治疗的有效性、可行性及对治疗前景的展望。

Chemotherapy is an indispensable treatment for advanced gynecological malignant tumors.The survival of patients with malignant tumors is prolonged,but it also has a series of toxic side effects.Compared with common adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal and bone marrow suppression,chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuritis has been neglected due to rare life-threatening symptoms.In recent years,in order to improve the quality of life of tumor patients,peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy has gradually attracted clinical attention.In this paper,the concept,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy were reviewed in recent 5 years,and the effectiveness and feasibility of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and the prospect of treatment were discussed.
