桃红四物汤合失笑散内服配合直肠滴入治疗实证痛经的临床研究

Clinical study of Taohongsiwu and Shixiao Decoction in treatment Dysmenorrhea by oral administration and enema-drip

目的:观察桃红四物汤合失笑散加味浓煎后,直肠滴入方式治疗实证痛经的临床疗效,完善中医药外治法治疗妇科痛症的临床机制,突出多渠道用药的优越性和实用性,以及经前期治疗的必要性。方法:符合纳入标准的60例痛经患者随机平分为观察组(中药内服+直肠滴入)和对照组(中药内服),于经前3~5d至经期2~3d共用药7d,对治疗前、后和回访期共3次临床症状进行评分,观察临床不良反应,统计分析临床数据。结果:对照组有效率为80%,观察组为96.7%,两组数据统计表明观察组优势明显。结论:经前期及经期,予桃红四物汤合失笑散加味浓煎后直肠滴入治疗实证痛经疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Taohongsiwu and Shixiao Decoction in the treatment of dysmenorrhea by Enema-drip,improve the clinical mechanism of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gynecological pain,highlight the superiority and practicality of multi-path medication,as well as the necessity of premenstrual treatment.Methods:60 patients with dysmenorrhea who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(oral Chinese medicine+rectal drip)and control group(oral Chinese Medicine).They were treated for 7 days from 3~5 days before menstruation to 2~3 days after menstruation.Clinical symptoms were scored for 3 times before,after and during the follow-up period.Clinical adverse reactions were observed and clinical data were statistically analyzed.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 80%,and that of the treatment group was 96.7%.The observation group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of Taohongsiwu and Shixiao Decoction treating dysmenorrhea in pro phase and menstrual period by enema-drip is effective.
