“双创”型人才培养需求导向下经济法课程教学改革研究

在知识经济时代背景下,“双创”型人才培养是高等教育的发展趋势,创新创业能力则是高校大学生核心能力的重要指标。因此,高等教育应当紧跟时代形势,在人才培养方面做出调整以满足时代需求。经济法是高校经管类本科专业一门基础必修课,也是一门强调实践能力培养、与创新创业能力紧密相关的专业通识课。在“双创”理念下,探讨经济法课程教学改革对促进创新创业人才的培养具有重要的积极意义。研究发现,当前经济法教学存在创新创业教育目标不明确、教学方法单一、教学手段与信息技术契合度低等问题。因此,应围绕“双创”需要,重新定位经济法课程教学目标,合理规划教学内容,丰富教学方法,打造线上线下法律教育资源,提升教师创新创业教育综合能力,以提高经管类专业学生的法律素养和实践能力,增强学生的创新创业能力。

Under the conditions of knowledge-based economy,the"innovative and entrepreneurial"talent training turns into the development trend of higher education,and the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship becomes an important index to assess the core capacities of the college students.Therefore,higher education should keep up with The Times and make adjustments in talent training to meet the needs of The Times.Economic Law is a major course of economics and management specialty in the colleges.Meanwhile,it is also a professional general course to emphasize the cultivation of practical ability,which is closely related to the innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Under the concept of"innovation and entrepreneurship",it is of great positive significance to explore the teaching reform of economic law in promoting the development of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.In consequence,the paper summarizes the current existing questions summarizes the problems existing in the current economic law teaching,such as the unclear objectives of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the simplex teaching methods and the low consistency between teaching methods and information technology.Then,the corresponding countermeasures were offered to improve the legal quality and practice ability of for college students majoring in economic management,and enhance their innovation ability.
