我国农业碳排放现状、问题与对策 被引量:2

摘要 首先从农业生产中六个方面的碳源,测算2000-2019年我国农业碳排放总量和碳排放强度(未对台港澳地区进行测算和分析)。农业碳排放总量的环比增速总体上呈先上升、后下降态势。农业碳排放强度的环比增速,呈现阶段式的下降状态。从中国农业碳排放分析,2000-2019年我国农业碳排放量呈先上升后下降趋势,而且,在不同阶段增速也不相同,总体上可以分为4阶段:增速放缓时期、增速回弹时期、增速明显缓慢时期、减速比较明显阶段。其次,分析我国农业科技创新支撑碳达峰、碳中和存在的问题;最后,提出农业科技创新支撑农业碳达峰、碳中和的路径。 In this paper, the total amount and intensity of agricultural carbon emission in China from 2000 to 2019 were calculated from six carbon sources in agricultural production. The chain-to-chain growth rate of total agricultural carbon emission increased firstly and then decreased. The increase of agricultural carbon emission intensity showed a gradual decline. Based on the analysis of China’s agricultural carbon emissions, from 2000 to 2019, China’s agricultural carbon emissions showed an upward trend first and then to a downward trend, and the growth rates were different in different stages, on the whole, it can be divided into four stages: the period of slow growth, the period of rebound, the period of obviously slow growth, and the period of relatively obvious deceleration. Secondly, this paper analyzes the problems of carbon-neutral of agricultural science and technology innovation in China, and puts forward the path of agricultural science and technology innovation supporting carbon-neutral.
