基于学校整体发展的乡村教师专业发展生态化模式建构

摘要 基于学校整体发展的乡村教师专业发展生态化模式是依据乡村教师发展现状,以教师和学校为双主体,以教师专业发展全面质量管理为手段,促进乡村学校和教师协同发展的整体改进样态。然而现有乡村教师专业发展模式存在专业理念滞后、专业发展成效差、专业主体缺位、专业资源匮乏等不足,影响乡村教师可持续健康发展。通过转变学校发展观念,制定学校教师专业发展规划,突出学校发展目标导向,建立学校发展综合平台,加强专业发展过程管理等措施,构建基于学校整体发展的乡村教师专业发展生态化模式,对促进乡村学校高质量发展及加强新时代乡村教师队伍建设具有积极意义。 The ecological mode of rural teachers’ professional development based on the overall development of schools is an overall improvement mode to promote the coordinated development of rural schools and teachers based on the development status of rural teachers, with teachers and schools as the dual main body and the total quality management of teachers’ professional development as the means. However, the existing rural teachers’ professional development model has some deficiencies, such as lagging professional development concept, single content, lack of management, limited resources and so on, which affect the sustainable and healthy development of rural teachers. By changing the concept of school development, formulating the professional development plan of school teachers, highlighting the orientation of school development objectives, establishing a comprehensive platform for school development,strengthening the management of school teachers’ professional development and other measures, building an ecological model of rural teachers’ professional development based on the overall development of schools is of positive significance to promote the high-quality development of rural schools and strengthen the construction of rural teachers in the new era.
