粉萆薢甾体类成分的研究

摘要 目的对粉萆薢干燥根茎的化学成分进行研究,为其药理学研究提供物质基础。方法采用有机溶剂提取法对粉萆薢根茎所含化学成分进行提取,利用D101大孔吸附树脂、正相色谱、反相ODS及制备型高效液相色谱等方法对其中的化学成分进行了分离和制备,并根据其理化性质及包括核磁共振和质谱法在内的波谱学等方法鉴定了化合物结构。结果从粉萆薢的干燥根茎中分离得到5个单体化合物,分别为trillin(1)、薯蓣皂苷次级皂苷A(2)、diosgenin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、薯蓣皂苷次级皂苷B(4)、lilioglycoside K(5)。结论其中,3、5为首次从粉萆薢中分离得到的化合物。实验过程中发现示差折光检测器(RID)对上述的化合物有较好的响应,分离效果较好,因此以之作为制备型高效液相的检测器。 Objective To study the chemical constituents from the rhizoma of Dioscorea hypoglauca Palibin,and established foundation for pharmacological research.Methods The rhizome of Dioscorea hypoglauca was extracted with solvent.Then the extract was subjected to chromatographies such as D101 resin,silica gel,ODS,and PHPLC,and structures of isolated compounds were identified through the physicochemical property and spectroscopy methods.Results 5 compounds were isolated from D.hypoglauca and identified as trillin(1),prosapogenin A of dioscin(2),diosgenin 3-O-β-Dglucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),prosapogenin B of dioscin(4)and lilioglycoside K(5),respectively.Conclusion 3 and 5 were isolated from the species firstly.During the experiment,it was found that the differential refractive detector(RID)had a good response to the above compounds and a good separation effect.Therefore,RID was used as a preparative high-performance liquid phase detector.
