一例卡介苗有害效应合并侵袭性肺曲霉病患儿临床治疗的药学监护

Pharmaceutical care in clinical treatment of a child with harmful effects of BCG complicated with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis

目的探讨临床药师参与卡介苗有害效应合并侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染的抗感染治疗和药学监护方法。方法跟踪1例住院患儿药物治疗的全过程,运用药学专业知识针对卡介苗有害效应合并侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染的药物治疗方案提出合理性建议。结果治疗期间出现伏立康唑血药浓度偏低现象,经临床药师建议调整治疗方案后,患者取得良好的治疗效果。结论临床药师参与药物治疗方案的制定,有助于减少患者用药风险,促进临床合理用药。

Objective To explore the methods of clinical pharmacists participation in anti-infective treatment and pharmaceutical care of harmful effects of BCG complicated with invasive pulmonary aspergillus infection.Methods Follow up the whole process of medical treatment of a hospitalized child,and use professional knowledge of pharmacy to make reasonable suggestions for the drug plan for harmful effects of BCG complicated with invasive pulmonary aspergillus infection.Results During the treatment,the blood concentration of voriconazole was low.After the clinical pharmacist suggested to adjust the treatment plan,the patient achieved good response.Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in making drug treatment plans can help reduce the risk of patients'medication use and promote clinical rational use of medications.
