品管圈对提高某院非瓣膜性房颤患者抗凝药使用率的作用

The effect of quality control circle on improving the utilization rate of anticoagulants in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation in a hospital

目的探讨品管圈对提高某院非瓣膜性房颤患者抗凝药使用率的作用。方法由7名药师及医师自愿组成品管圈活动小组,活动主题定为提高某院非瓣膜性房颤患者抗凝药使用率,依照品管圈的活动步骤进行实施和评价,比较活动前后某院非瓣膜性房颤患者抗凝药使用率的变化及圈员的自我评价。结果实施品管圈活动后,某院非瓣膜性房颤患者抗凝药使用率明显高于活动前,从23.62%到25.93%,活动后圈员自我评分也高于活动前。结论品管圈活动提高了某院非瓣膜性房颤患者抗凝药使用率,提升了药师和医师的综合素质。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle on improving the utilization rate of anticoagulants in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation in our hospital.Methods Seven pharmacists and physicians volunteered to form a quality control circle activity group.The theme of the activity was to improve the utilization rate of anticoagulants in patients with nvAF in our hospital.The implementation and evaluation were carried out according to the activity steps of the quality control circle,and the changes in the utilization rate of anticoagulants in patients with NVAF before and after the activity and the self-evaluation of the circle members were compared.Results After the implementation of quality control circle activity,the utilization rate of anticoagulants in patients with nvAF in our hospital was significantly higher than that before the activity,from 23.62% to 25.93%,the self-rating of participants after the activity was also higher than before.Conclusion Quality control circle activity had a significant effect on improving the utilization rate of anticoagulants in patients with NVAF in our hospital,which improved the comprehensive quality of pharmacists and physicians.
