药师运用处方前置审核对提高某院儿科合理用药水平的影响

The impact of pharmacists managing prescription pre-review on improving the rational drug use in Pediatrics of a hospital

目的探究药师运用处方前置审核对提高某院儿科合理用药水平的影响。方法选取某院儿科2021年1月1日~6月30日的儿科处方,结合某院处方前置审核系统,采用回顾性研究方法,多维度分析儿科常见处方问题。结果2021年1月1日~6月30日,处方前置审核系统预审儿科处方19422张,系统提示问题处方2771张,医生接受系统提醒选择返回修改处方1783张(64.35%),但988张处方医生坚持继续提交给药师人工审核。经审方药师线上审核后,选择干预处方204张,最终医生接受审方药师的建议,同意修改问题处方178张,药师的干预成功率为87.25%。结论不断完善合理用药系统的基础规则可减少假阳性提醒,提高临床医生对处方前置审核系统弹框提醒的接受程度。审方药师运用处方前置审核系统可有效规范儿科用药,实时审核处方的合理性,从源头减少不合理用药,提高患者用药安全。

Objective To analyse the influence of pharmacists using prescription pre-review on improving the rational drug use in Pediatrics of our hospital.Methods The Pediatric prescriptions was selected from our hospital from January 1th to June 30th of 2021,combined with the prescription pre-review system to analyze the common problems of Pediatrics’prescriptions by retrospective research methods.Results From January 1th to June 30th of 2021,the prescription prereview system reviewed 19,422 Pediatric prescriptions while informing 2,771 unreasonable prescriptions,and doctors accepted the system reminder to amend 1,783 prescriptions(64.35%).But 988 prescriptions were delivered to pharmacists by doctors insistantly.204 prescriptions were intervened by pharmacist on online review,and finally doctors adopted pharmacists’advice and agreed to modify 178 unreasonable prescriptions.The intervention success rate of pharmacists was 87.25%.Conclusion Constantly improve the basic rules of the Intelligent Management System for clinical rational use of drugs can reduce false positive reminders,which can help doctors accept reminders from prescription pre-review.The pharmacists can effectively standardize Pediatric medication by using prescription prereview,reviewing rationality of prescription in real time and aiming to reduce unreasonable drug use from the source to improve drug safety of patients.
