某院骨科门诊类风湿性关节炎处方分析

Prescription analysis of rheumatoid arthritis in orthopedic clinic of a hospital

目的分析某院治疗类风湿性关节炎处方的药物特点,对处方的合理性进行多维度的分析,为门诊处方用药提供合理性参考,促进合理用药。方法采集中药门诊药房2020年8月~2021年7月有关治疗类风湿性关节炎的处方,每个月收集77份,共计924张,并统计药物使用情况。结果在924张中药处方中,共计323味中药,累计使用频次11289味次,其中使用频次超过100次的有23味中药,共使用频次有5023味次,除甘草外,有22味中药使用频率为1%以上,累计频率42.83%。结论某院在针对该疾病使用中药进行治疗有科学依据,整体用药较为合理。

Objective To analyze the drug characteristics of prescriptions for rheumatoid arthritis in a hospital,and analyze the rationality of prescriptions in multiple dimensions,so as to provide rational references for outpatient prescriptions and promote rational drug use.Methods The prescriptions related to the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis from August 2020 to July 2021 in the outpatient pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine were collected.77 prescriptions were collected every month,with a total of 924,and the drug use was counted.Results In 924 prescriptions of Chinese medicine,there are 323 Chinese medicines in total,with a cumulative use frequency of 11,289 times.Among them,23 Chinese medicines are used more than 100 times,with a total use frequency of 5,023 times.Except for licorice,22 Chinese medicines are used more than 1%,with a cumulative frequency of 42.83%.Conclusion There is a scientific basis for a hospital to use traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease,and the overall medication is more reasonable.
