右心功能不全的性别差异研究进展

Research Progress on Sex Difference in Right Ventricular Dysfunction

多种心血管疾病的发生、发展均存在明显的性别差异,右心系统疾病也不例外。近年来研究者们报道了多种不同右心疾病的流行病学、临床表现及转归预后方面均存在显著的性别差异,并从性激素及相关信号通路等多方面对上述差异进行探讨。本文主要综述右心功能不全临床表现的性别差异,阐述性激素在其中的作用机制,列举当前性激素相关药物研究进展,为后续相关机制和治疗研究提供参考。

There are sex differences exist in the development of cardiovascular disease.The study reported that right ventricle function and prognosis of female patient is better than male patient in different causes.In recent years,researchers try to explain the mechanisms underlying from various aspects including sex hormones,signaling pathways and so on.This article mainly review the sex differences in different causes of right ventricular dysfunction,explain the mechanism of sex hormones and illustrate some progress about drug research,as a reference to the research of mechanism and treatment in future.
