愈风宁心片联合地尔硫卓治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床分析

Clinical analysis of Yufeng Ningxin tablets combined with diltiazem in treatment of stable angina pectoris

目的分析稳定型心绞痛患者应用愈风宁心片联合盐酸地尔硫卓治疗的效果。方法选取三门峡市第三人民医院2019年7月—2021年6月收治的80例稳定型心绞痛患者,利用计算机生成的随机数字分成两组,各40例。对照组采用盐酸地尔硫卓治疗,观察组采取愈风宁心片联合地尔硫卓治疗,均治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、心绞痛发作情况、血液流变学指标以及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.50%(39/40)高于对照组77.50%(31/40)(χ^(2)=7.314,P=0.007);观察组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间[(2.14±1.46)次/周、(2.49±1.43)min/次]低于对照组[(3.28±1.20)次/周、(5.19±2.27)min/次],差异有统计学意义(t=3.815、6.365,P<0.05);观察组全血黏度、血小板聚集率、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原水平[(4.25±1.01)mPa·s、(1.50±0.48)mPa·s、(1.56±0.13)mPa·s、(3.48±1.13)g/L]低于对照组[(4.90±1.11)mPa·s、(2.05±0.42)mPa·s、(1.92±0.15)mPa·s、(4.20±1.24)g/L](t=2.739、5.454、11.471、2.714,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率20.00%(8/40)高于对照组10.00%(4/40)(χ^(2)=1.569,P=0.210)。结论愈风宁心片联合盐酸地尔硫卓治疗稳定型心绞痛患者疗效确切,可减少心绞痛发作,改善血液流变学指标,安全性好。

Objective To analyze the effect of Yufeng Ningxin Tablets combined with diltiazem hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods Totally 80 patients with stable angina pectoris treated in Sanmenxia Third People’s Hospital of Henan Province from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group using computer-generated random numbers.The control group was treated with Yufeng Ningxin tablets combined with diltiazem hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Yufeng Ningxin Tablets on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,angina pectoris attack,hemorheological indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.50%)(39/40)was higher than that of the control group(77.50%)(31/40),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P=0.007);The times and duration of angina pectoris attack in the observation group[(2.14±1.46)times/week,(2.49±1.43)min/time]were lower than those in the control group[(3.28±1.20)times/week,(5.19±2.27)min/time],the difference was statistically significant(t=3.815,6.365,P<0.05);The whole blood viscosity,platelet aggregation rate,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen level[(4.25±1.01)mPa·s,(1.50±0.48)mPa·s,(1.56±0.13)mPa·s,(3.48±1.13)g/L]in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(4.90±1.11)mPa·s,(2.05±0.42)mPa·s,(1.92±0.15)mPa·s,(4.20±1.24)g/L],the difference was statistically significant(t=2.739,5.454,11.471,2.714,P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(20.00%)(8/40)was higher than that in the control group(10.00%)(4/40),and there was no statistical significant difference(χ^(2)=1.569,P=0.210).Conclusion Yufeng Ningxin tablets combined with diltiazem hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris.It can reduce the attack of angina pectoris and improve hemorheological indexes with high safety.
