年轻勃起功能障碍患者甲状腺激素水平研究

Analysis of thyroid hormone levels in young man with erectile dysfunction

目的 观察年轻勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)患者甲状腺激素水平异常情况,包括促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离甲状腺素(FT)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT)、总甲状腺素(TT)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT)。方法 纳入108例年轻ED患者,通过电化学发光法测定其甲状腺激素水平,观察患者甲状腺激素水平异常比例。结果 患者年龄31(27,35)岁;甲状腺激素水平如下:TSH:1.805(1.283,2.375)uIU/mL,异常4例(3.7%,其中TSH升高3例,TSH降低伴FT升高1例);FT:1.365±0.195ng/dL,异常3例(2.8%,FT均升高);FT:3.483±0.373pg/mL,异常1例(0.9%,FT升高);TT:7.599±1.445ug/dL,异常1例(0.9%,TT降低);TT:1.195±0.185ng/mL,异常1例(0.9%,TT降低)。结论 甲状腺激素水平异常在年轻ED患者中比例较低。

Objective To observe thyroid hormone levels in young male patients with erectile dysfunction(ED)including thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH), free thyroxine(FT), free triiodothyronine(FT), total thyroxine(TT), and total triiodothyronine(TT). Methods A total of 108 young ED patients were enrolled in this study and their thyroid hormone levels were detected by electrochemiluminescence. The abnormal proportion of thyroid hormone levels were observed. Results The age of 108 ED patients was 31(27, 35) years old. Thyroid hormone levels in the ED patients were as follows: TSH:1.805(1.283, 2.375)uIU/mL,4 cases with abnormal TSH(3.7%, TSH increased in 3 cases and decreased in 1case with FTincreased). FT:1.365 ± 0.195ng/dL(3 cases(2.8%) with increased FT);FT:3.483 ± 0.373pg/mL(1 case(0.9%)with increased FT);TT:7.599 ± 1.445ug/dL(1 case(0.9%) with decreased TT);TT:1.195 ± 0.185ng/mL(1 case(0.9%) with decreased TT). Conclusion The proportion of abnormal thyroid hormone levels in young ED patients were relatively low.
