采空区定向打钻防灭火技术的实践与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对国家能源集团宁夏煤业有限责任公司金凤煤矿011812工作面回风巷由于返修巷道时上区段采空区漏风通道被打通,导致上区段采空区的遗煤自燃问题,本文介绍了采空区定向打钻孔的防、灭火技术,采取了向上区段采空区停采线定向打钻,通过钻孔交替注氮、灌浆为主的综合防灭火措施,杜绝了上区段采空区遗煤自燃发火隐患,将采空区内CO浓度快速下降到0.000 5%以下,取得了显著应用效果,对矿井类似采空区高温点治理工作具有一定的借鉴意义。 In view of the spontaneous combustion of coal in the upper-section goaf of 011812 return airway of Jinfeng Coal Mine of CHN Energy Ningxia Coal Industry Co., Ltd. as a result of the air leakage way of upper-section goaf being opened up upon drift repair, this paper introduces the fire prevention and fighting technology of directional drilling in goaf. Directional drilling is performed at the mining terminal line in the upper-section goaf, and a comprehensive fire prevention and fighting measure featuring alternating drilling, nitrogen-injection and grouting is taken to eliminate the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion of the coal in the upper-section goaf by quickly reducing the CO concentration in the goaf to below 5ppm. The application has remarkable effects can be used as a reference for the treatment of high temperature points of similar goafs in the mine.
