摘要
焦作矿区古汉山矿1605工作面煤层原始瓦斯含量高,煤层瓦斯压力大,在施工穿层钻孔及水力冲孔期间喷孔严重,造成瓦斯频繁高值超限,给矿井安全生产造成重大安全隐患。为有效降低施工钻孔和水力冲孔期间瓦斯超限频率和幅度,在底抽巷试验应用卸压槽技术,逐步消除了瓦斯压力,减少了喷孔强度,有效降低了超限次数和幅度。
In 1605 face of Guhanshan Coal Mine in Jiaozuo Mining Area, the high original gas content and high gas pressure in coal seams caused serious gas spray during crossing hole drilling and hydraulic punching, resulting in frequent over-limit of gas values, and bringing major potential safety hazards to the safe production of mines. In order to effectively reduce the over-limit frequency and amplitude of gas during drilling and hydraulic punching, the pressure-relieving groove technology is applied in the floor roadway test to gradually eliminate the gas pressure, reduce the nozzle strength, and effectively decrease the over-limit frequency and amplitude.
