摘要 某发电集团因热工控制系统故障或者热工专业管理不完善引发的设备跳闸或机组非停事件占一定比例。热工保护控制系统在可靠性方面存在设计不完善、试验不规范、维护不到位、隐患排查不深入、技术监督管理不深入等问题。本文分析了热工保护控制系统可靠性影响因素,从保护控制系统配置、维护、性能指标、管理等方面提出热工保护可靠性要求。重点从热工控制设备、热工保护信号、控制逻辑优化等方面提出热工保护可靠性措施,为火电厂热工保护控制系统可靠性提升提供参考。 There are many reliability-related issues with thermal protection control system, such as imperfect design, nonstandard test, inadequate maintenance, incomplete hidden danger identification, and insufficient technical supervision and management. For example, in a power generation group, equipment tripping or non-scheduled outage events of units are contributors of thermal control system failure or poor management of thermal specialty. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the reliability of thermal protection control system, and proposes the reliability requirements of thermal protection from the aspects of protection control system configuration, maintenance, performance indicators, management, etc. The reliability measures of thermal protection are suggested particularly from the aspects of thermal control equipment, thermal protection signal,and control logic optimization, providing a reference for the reliability of thermal protection control system in thermal power plants.
