摘要 煤炭是我国经济发展过程中消耗量最大的资源,因此要对煤炭资源的质量进行严格控制。煤炭洗选加工技术是煤炭资源生产过程中的主要技术,但在传统的煤炭洗选工艺中未采取对煤泥水系统设置分级及回收等措施,在日常的煤炭洗选过程中,导致大量的煤泥流失、水处理系统运行不当,存在较大的能源浪费和资金消耗。随着环保政策要求的逐步提高,矿井原煤产量的增加,为了解决双马洗煤厂原煤中粗煤泥含量高、灰分低、系统灵活性不足的问题,通过深入的试验研究,对粗煤泥回收系统进行优化改造,提高粗煤泥回收系统的工艺灵活性,将灰分较低的粗煤泥配入精煤产品中销售,取得了较好的经济效益,并讨论其对企业发展的意义,为相关同类工作提供借鉴。 It is necessary to control the quality of coal resources strictly because coal resources are the mostly consumed resource in the process of China’s economic development. Coal preparation technology is the main technology in the production process of coal resources. However, in the traditional coal preparation process, no grading and recycling steps are provided in the coal slime water system, which causes significant coal slime loss, improper operation of water treatment system, and high energy waste and capital consumption in the routine coal preparation process. With increasingly stringent environmental protection policies and the increase in raw coal output of mines, in response to high coarse slime content and low ash content in raw coal and insufficient system flexibility of Shuangma Coal Preparation Plant, the coarse slime recovery system has been optimized and transformed through in-depth experimental studies to improve the process flexibility of the coarse slime recovery system, and the coarse slime with low ash content has been mixed into the cleaned coal products for sale, bringing good economic benefits, which is significant to the development of enterprises and serves as a reference for similar work.
