摘要 目的:探讨渐阻断与远程缺血预处理对在体大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:30只SD大鼠分为渐阻断组(G组)、远程缺血预处理组(R组)和对照组(C组),建立心肌缺血再灌注模型,其中G组5 min内缓慢阻断冠状动脉血流直至血流完全中断。随后三组再灌注180 min时,检测血清肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CK⁃MB),肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平。结果:CK⁃MB和cTnI组间比较均有统计学意义,与C组相比,R组和G组血清CK⁃MB和cTnI明显降低。结论:渐阻断和远程缺血预处理均可降低大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤,具有一定的心肌保护作用。 Objective:To observe the protective effects of gradual block and remote ischemic preconditioning on myocardial ischemia⁃reperfusion injury in rats in vivo.Methods:Thirty male Sparage⁃Dawley rats were randomlyallocated into three groups(10 rats for each group):gradual block group(group G),remote ischemic preconditioning group(group R)and control group(group C).Ischemia⁃reperfusion model myocardial was established.In group G coronary artery blood flow was gradually blocked within 5 min.The heart was reperfused within 180 min and serum CK⁃MB and cTnI levels were assayed.Results:There was a statistically significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).Compared with the C group,The Serum CK⁃MB and cTnI levels were reduced in group R and group G(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both gradual block and remote ischemic preconditioning can alleviate myocardial ischemia⁃reperfusion injury and have a certain myocardial protective effect.
