碘对比剂加温处理对冠脉造影患者心率变化及外渗风险的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Iodine Contrast Agent Heating on Heart Rate Change and Extravasation Risk in Patients Undergoing Coronary Angiography

摘要 目的:探讨碘对比剂加温处理后对冠脉造影患者心率变化及外渗风险等不良反应的影响。方法:选择我院2019年2月至2020年12月期间收治的行冠脉造影患者268例为研究对象,采用随机分为对照组和研究组,各134例。所有患者均采用碘帕醇作为对比剂进行冠脉造影检查,对照组中不对碘对比剂进行加热,研究组将碘帕醇加热至37℃后进行造影检查。比较两组检查时间、碘帕醇用量、X线曝光时间、不适反应、心率改变、T波改变及对比剂外渗等不良反应情况。结果:研究组检查时间明显短于对照组[(16.83±5.62)min vs(19.07±5.71)min,P<0.05]。恶心呕吐等不适反应发生率、心率改变发生率、对比剂外渗发生率显著低于对照组(0.74%vs 5.97%,2.98%vs 9.70%,0.74%vs 4.488%,P<0.05);两组碘帕醇用量、X线曝光时间、T波改变发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:碘对比剂加温处理后可缩短冠脉造影患者检查时间,降低心率改变、对比剂外渗等不良反应发生率,值得影像护理借鉴和应用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of iodine contrast agent heating on heart rate and extravasation risk in patients undergoing coronary angiography.Methods:268 patients with coronary angiography in our hospital from Feb⁃ruary 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group,134 cases in each group.All patients were used as contrast agent for coronary angiography.The control group was not heated with iodine contrast agent,while the study group was heated to 37℃for coronary angiography.The adverse reactions such as examination time,Dosage of iodofol,X⁃ray exposure time,discomfort,heart rate change,T wave change and contrast medium ex⁃travasation were compared between the two groups.Results:The examination time of the study group was(16.831±62)min,which was shorter than that of the control group(19.075±The incidence of nausea and vomiting(0.74%),heart rate change(2.98%)and contrast medium extravasation(0.74%)were lower than those in the control group(5.97%,9.70%,4.488%)(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the dosage of iodopalcohol,X⁃ray exposure time and the incidence of T wave changes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Iodine contrast agent heating can shorten the examination time of patients with coronary angiography,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as heart rate change and contrast agent extravasation,which is worthy of reference and application in image nursing.
