“个体化”门诊教学在皮肤性病学教学中的探索与思考 被引量:1

摘要 皮肤性病学是一门以门诊为主的研究皮损形态的学科,病种繁多,皮损形态各异,传统门诊教学模式缺乏针对性,难以做到教学质量的全面提升。在此背景下,该文提出了“个体化”门诊教学模式,针对学生的不同背景,采取与之相适应的带教方式。以学生为中心,重视学生的感受及反馈,增加学生学习兴趣,全面提升学生临床思维及独立诊疗能力,培养学生较强的医患沟通能力及人文素质,最终达到更好的教学效果。 Dermatovenereology is a discipline that studies the morphology of skin lesions,and most dermatologic physicianpatient encounters occur in ambulatory clinics.The traditional outpatient teaching model lacks pertinence,and it is difficult to achieve a comprehensive improvement of teaching quality.In this context,we propose an"individualized"outpatient teaching model,which is based on the different backgrounds of students and adopts a teaching method that is suitable for them.It is student-centered and focuses on students'feelings and feedback,which can increase students'interest in learning,clinical thinking and independent diagnosis and treatment ability.In addition,it can also improve physician-patient communication ability and humanistic quality,and ultimately achieve a better teaching effect.
