摘要 党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视教师队伍建设,聚焦教师队伍建设的根本性、方向性、关键性问题,提出了一系列新论断和新要求。这些重要论述是对中华优秀传统文化“尊师重教”的传承发展,是对马列经典作家和中共主要领导人教师思想的创新发展,是发展公平而有质量教育的客观需要,有着深刻的生成逻辑;包含教师素养、教师使命与担当、教师价值、教师地位、教师成长以及对思政课教师的期待与要求等核心要义,呈现出完整的内容体系;丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义教育思想体系,为推进教育领域综合改革和教师高质量发展提供了根本遵循,具有深远的价值意蕴。 Xi Jinping has made important assertions since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China concerning the fundamental issues of developing qualified teachers and building good teaching force which he considers a priority for China.These statements are fine examples of the honored Chinese tradition of respecting teachers and valuing teaching,and creative version on the thoughts of classic Marxist-Leninist writers and top leaders of the Communist Party of China.They are a must for education with equity and quality,containing deep logic of generation,and forming a well-organized system covering core essentials of the literacy,mission and responsibility of teachers,their value,status and professional growth as well as the expectation and requirement for teachers of ideological and political theory.These assertions are of great value and significance.They have enriched and expanded the ideologies of education for socialism with Chinese characteristics and guided for sustained comprehensive reform in education and quality development of teachers.
