高硬度涂层塑料制品上烫金的可靠性试验方法

塑胶包装盒作为塑胶包装不可或缺的主力,广泛用于食品、饮料、酒、化妆品等包装用品。但其表面装饰效果水平表现力相差较大,特别是在高硬度涂层表面的装饰效果参差不齐。现有包装盒要达到外观精美、生产,运输,陈列过程中不磨花的基本要求。除了表面需涂布高硬度涂层外,表面装饰效果也需达到长期保存的要求,本文从大环境出发,背景分析,目前存在的问题,试验方法等展开讨论,重点介绍高硬度涂层上烫金的可靠性试验方法。

Plastic packaging boxes,as an indispensable mainstay of plastic packaging,are widely used for food,beverage,wine,cosmetics and other packaging items.However,its surface decoration effect varies greatly,especially for the high hardness coating surface with uneven decoration effect.Existing packaging boxes to achieve a beautiful appearance,production,transportation,display process does not wear of the basic requirements.In addition to the surface needs to be coated with high hardness coating,the surface decoration effect also needs to meet the requirements of long-term preservation.In this paper,we analyze the current background and problems from the general environment,discuss the test methods and so on,and focus on the reliability test method of gold stamping on high hardness coating.
