基于“胆气春升”理论探讨从少阳枢机干预肿瘤预转移微环境

Based on“Gallbladder Qi Rising in Spring”to Discuss Intervention on Pre-metastatic Microenvironment of Tumor from Shaoyang Pivot

预转移微环境是肿瘤细胞转移复发的“土壤”,其形成根本在于脏腑虚损及有形物质的堆积。“胆气春升”理论将胆气之性与少阳枢机有机结合,甲胆主生发之性,秉少阳之气,既可升发清阳,提炼精微物质,又可藉少阳枢机,条达气机,布散相火元气于周身,维持机体内环境稳态,在干预肿瘤预转移微环境形成中有独特优势。故在治疗上以调整少阳枢机为原则,和枢机、利胆气、行气机、畅三焦,取小柴胡汤为主方加减。
