补肾调肝方治疗肝郁肾虚型绝经后骨质疏松症疗效观察

Observation of Curative Efficacy of Bushen Tiaogan Formula(补肾调肝方)in Treatmentof Postmenopausal Osteoporosis of Liver Stagnation and Kidney Deficiency Type

目的:观察补肾调肝方治疗肝郁肾虚型绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:选取肝郁肾虚型绝经后骨质疏松症患者60例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例(研究中观察组脱落1例,余29例),对照组采用常规抗骨质疏松治疗方案,观察组加用补肾调肝方治疗,治疗周期为12周。比较两组腰背痛评分(McGill疼痛问卷评分法)、肢体活动状况(SPPB)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽(P1NP)水平及骨密度,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者各观察指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组McGill、HAMA、HAMD评分及P1NP水平均低于对照组,SPPB评分及骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率82.76%,对照组60.00%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾调肝方治疗肝郁肾虚型绝经后骨质疏松症能有效减轻患者疼痛,提高肢体活动功能,缓解焦虑抑郁状态,改善骨代谢,提高骨密度。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative efficacy of Bushen Tiaoan Formula(补肾调肝方)on postmenopausal osteoporosis of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency type.Methods:Sixty patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency type were divided into observation group and control group with random number table method,30 patients in each group(1 drop-out case in the observation group).The control group were given routine treatment for osteoporosis,and the observation group was further treated with Bushen Tiaogan Formula.One treatment course lasted 12 weeks.Back pain score(McGill Pain Questionnaire),Short Physical Performance Battery(SPPB)score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,procollagen typeⅠN-terminal propeptide(P1NP)and bone density were tested to evaluate clinical efficacy.Results:After the treatment,both groups were improved on the all indexes(P<0.05),McGill,HAMA and HAMD scores and P1NP levels were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,while SPPB score and bone density were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate in the observation group was 82.76%,and that in the control group was 60.00%.The observation group was better than the control group on the clinical efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Tiaogan Formula is effective in reducing pain,improving limb function,alleviating anxiety and depression,improving bone metabolism and bone density in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency type.
