电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铪合金中锆 被引量:2

摘要 建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铪合金中锆含量的分析方法。以硝酸-氢氟酸(体积比为25∶2)混合酸为溶剂,采用常压加热法溶解样品,用基体匹配法干扰基体消除,选择Zr 339.198为分析谱线。锆元素质量浓度在0~50μg/mL的范围内与光谱发射强度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.030μg/mL。测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.64%(n=6),样品加标回收率为95.1%~104.3%。该方法操作简便、快速,适用于铪合金样品中锆含量的测定。 An analytical method for the determination of zirconium content in hafnium alloys by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry was established.The alloy samples were dissolved by heating at normal pressure with the mixed acid of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid(volume ratio was 25∶2).The matrix interference was eliminated by matrix matching method.Zr 339.198 was used as the analytical line.The mass concentration of zirconium had a linear relationship with the spectral emission intensity in the range of 0-50μg/mL.The correlation coefficient was 0.9999,and the detection limit was 0.030μg/mL.The relative standard deviation of the determination results was 1.64%(n=6),and the recovery rate of standard addition was 95.1%-104.3%.The method is simple,rapid,which is suitable for the determination of zirconium in hafnium alloy samples.
