铁强化二氧化锰去除连二硫酸锰及工艺研究

摘要 锰矿浆烟气脱硫过程中会产生副产物连二硫酸锰(MnS_(2)O_(6)),它的存在制约了脱硫液中锰的资源化利用.基于锰矿组成提出铁强化MnO_(2)去除MnS_(2)O_(6)新工艺,探究了不同铁化学环境对MnO_(2)去除S_(2)O^(2-)_(6)影响.结果表明,加入Fe(Ⅲ)对于二氧化锰去除S_(2)O^(2-)_(6)具有良好促进作用,去除率呈递增趋势,在5 g·L^(-1)质量浓度的硫酸下去除率可达55.1%.操作条件优化实验结果表明,反应温度90℃,H_(2)SO_(4)质量浓度5 g·L^(-1),Fe(Ⅲ)质量浓度15 g·L^(-1),n(S_(2)O^(2-)_(6))∶n(MnO_(2))=1∶20,反应时间3 h的工况条件组合下S_(2)O^(2-)_(6)的效果较佳. Manganese ore slurry flue gas desulfurization will produce the by-product manganese dithionate(MnS_(2)O_(6)),and the presence of dithionate greatly affects the resource utilization of manganese in the desulfurization solution.A new process for iron-enhanced MnS_(2)O_(6) elimination by MnO_(2) is proposed based on the composition of most manganese ore.The results show that the addition of Fe(Ⅲ)has a good promotion effect on the elimination of dithionite by MnO_(2).The degradation efficiency gradually increases with the increase of Fe(Ⅲ),and the best degradation efficiency can reach 55.1%at 5 g·L^(-1) of H_(2)SO_(4).The optimum operation conditions obtained are 90℃reaction temperature,5 g·L^(-1) of H_(2)SO_(4),15 g·L^(-1) of Fe(Ⅲ)addition,n(S_(2)O^(2-)_(6))∶n(MnO_(2))=1∶20 and 3 h duration time.
