摘要
以番茄“凯萨”为试材,采用SPAD-502叶绿素仪和分光光度计法,研究了不同温度下番茄灰霉病菌侵染叶片的SPAD值与叶绿素含量的关系,以期为番茄灰霉病的发生发展和防治提供参考依据。结果表明:健康番茄叶片、15℃染病番茄叶片以及25℃染病番茄叶片SPAD值与叶绿素a、b含量、总叶绿素含量有极显著相关性;当番茄叶片受灰霉病菌侵染后,其SPAD值和叶绿素含量也随之下降,而且与15℃相比在25℃环境下灰霉病菌对番茄叶片的侵染更为严重;健康番茄叶片的最佳拟合模型是三次方回归方程;15℃与25℃染病番茄叶片的叶绿素含量与SPAD值的最佳拟合模型分别用线性回归方程和指数回归方程拟合效果最好,相关系数达到0.880以上。
Taking the tomato‘Kaisa’as the test material,the relationship between the SPAD value and chlorophyll content of the leaves infected by tomato gray mold was studied by SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter and spectrophotometer method,in order to provide reference for the occurrence and development of tomato gray mold.The results showed that SPAD values of healthy tomato leaves,15℃infected tomato leaves and 25℃infected tomato leaves were significantly correlated with chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content and total chlorophyll content.When tomato leaves were infected by Botrytis cinerea,their SPAD value and chlorophyll content decreased,and the infection of Botrytis cinerea on tomato leaves at 25℃was more serious than that at 15℃.The best fitting model of healthy tomato leaves was the cubic regression equation.The best fitting models of chlorophyll content and SPAD value of tomato leaves infected at 15℃and 25℃were fitted best with linear regression equation and exponential regression equation respectively,and the correlation coefficient reached more than 0.880.
