十三种杀菌剂对两种甜樱桃叶斑病菌的室内毒力测定 被引量:2

Toxicity Test of Thirteen Fungicides on Two Main Pathogens Causing Sweet Cherry Leaf Spot Disease

摘要 以引起北京市甜樱桃叶斑病的2种主要病原菌链格孢和胶孢炭疽菌为试材,采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了13种杀菌剂对上述2种病原菌的毒力,以期筛选出抑菌作用较强的杀菌剂,为北京市甜樱桃叶斑病的防治提供参考依据。结果表明:供试杀菌剂中,10%苯醚甲环唑WG对2株链格孢菌丝生长活性抑制作用最强,EC_(50)值分别为0.4868、0.1965mg·L^(-1),其次为250g·L^(-1)吡唑醚菌酯EC、50%啶酰菌胺WG和2%嘧啶核苷类抗菌素AS;1000亿CFU·g^(-1)枯草芽孢杆菌WP对2株胶孢炭疽菌菌丝生长的抑制作用最强,EC_(50)值分别为0.0664、0.0004mg·L^(-1),其次为25%咪鲜胺EC、10%苯醚甲环唑WG和430g·L^(-1)戊唑醇SC。 The two main pathogens Alternaria alternata and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides of sweet cherry leaf spot disease in Beijing was used as test material,the toxicity of thirteen fungicides to the two main disease was determined by the mycelial growth rate method,in order to screen out fungicides with strong inhibitory effect and provide reference for the prevention and control of sweet cherry leaf spot disease in Beijing.The results showed that among the experimental fungicides,10%difenoconazole WG had the strongest inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of 2strains of A.alternata,with EC_(50) values of 0.4868mg·L^(-1)and 0.1965 mg·L^(-1),followed by 250g·L^(-1)pyraclostrobin EC,50%boscalid WG and 2%pyrimidine nucleoside antibiotic AS.100billion CFU·g^(-1)Bacillus subtilis had the best inhibitory effect to the 2strains of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,with EC_(50) values of 0.0664mg·L^(-1)and 0.0004 mg·L^(-1),followed by 25%prochloraz EC,10%difenoconazole WG and 430g·L^(-1)tebuconazole SC.
