Structural Design and Construction Technology for Cross-river Shield Tunnel in Long Distance Oil and Gas Transmission Pipeline Project

摘要 结合国内油气长输管道越江盾构隧道的工程实例,对穿越水域的管道盾构隧道结构设计和建造技术进行分析。总结了油气管道越江盾构隧道工作井结构形式、水底段隧道预制管片设计参数和拼装方式及洞内油气管道安装与防腐处理方法,可供类似条件下油气长输管道越江盾构隧道结构设计和建造提供借鉴。 In combination with real cases of cross-river shield tunnel built in long distance oil and gas transmission pipeline projects in China, the technology of both designing and building the structure of cross-river pipeline tunnel is analyzed. The structural pattern of working shaft, design parameters and installation style of prefabricated segment of prefabricated subaqueous tunnel, pipe installing method as well as anti-corrosion treatment technique for oil and gas pipes are also summarized so as to provide guidance to the design and construction of cross-river shield tunnel in oil and gas pipeline project under similar circumstances.
